Artist Registration
When registered as an artist you will be able to use the lightbox functionality as well as the Artist File Online image portfolio management tool.
The Irving Sandler Artists File is pleased to present an interface that will allow you to easily join the Artists File and have control over your own portfolio page. To be included in the Artists File Online you must upload a MINIMUM of 2 images, but you are welcome to upload up to 12 images as well as an artist’s statement, resume, and link to your website.
Once you have submitted the information below, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your username and password for your records. After at least 2 images have been uploaded to your page, the Artists File Coordinator will briefly review your portfolio and then activate your page. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your images and information to be included in the Artists File Online database. After this initial review has been completed you may update your portfolio page immediately, at any time.
It is your responsibility to keep your portfolio page updated, and we recommend do so once a year. If you do not update your portfolio page for 2 years, you will automatically be removed from the Artists File. A warning email will be sent to you a month in advance of this date.
